How do I know if the day that I need is open?

You must call us at 877-291-3533 to find out what openings we have.

How do I reserve a date?

The only way to insure a date is to pay the $100 deposit.

How much time do you need to prepare a slideshow presentation?

We normally require two weeks notice to produce your slideshow. However if a rush is needed, and the date is available, we will try to accommodate you. Please call to  check for availability.

How do I send you the pictures?

We strongly encourage you to scan your pictures and send them to us on a CD. This eliminates additional handling of photos, as well as mailing the originals. However, we will accept originals and scan them here. You send the pictures at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for pictures lost in the mail.

When will I receive my pictures back?

We will send you the pictures the week after your event.

Will I or my guests be able to purchase extra DVD's of the slide show at my event?

Yes, we will have extra DVD's available at your event for $15.00 each. However, we offer discounts if ordered in advance. Please call for details.
